To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and take corrective action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products damaged by the customer unless proof of damage upon receipt is provided. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not applicable for items purchased during sales (e.g., Summer/Winter/Autumn Eid items, Stock Clearance Sale, Discounted Articles, or orders using a Discount Code).
Exchanges
To expedite the process of receiving the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a separate order for the new item. Please note, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the original invoice amount for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed with a deduction of 30% from the original amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Please allow some time (3-12 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
